3.4 Subscription Terms
3.4.1 Users may subscribe to a Plan by selecting the desired Plan and following the subscription process provided by the platform.
3.4.2 Subscription terms may include monthly or annual billing cycles, with payment due in advance unless otherwise specified.
3.5 Modification of Plans
3.5.1 We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove subscription Plans and their features at any time, with or without notice.
3.5.2 Changes to Plans will not affect existing subscribers until the end of their current subscription term, unless otherwise specified.
3.6 Termination of Plans
3.6.1 Users may cancel their subscription to a Plan at any time through the platform's account settings or by contacting customer support.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1.1 All content and materials provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.1.2 Users acknowledge and agree that they do not acquire any ownership rights or licenses to the content and materials provided on the Platform, except for the limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 User-Generated Content
5.2.1 Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or upload content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials ("User-Generated Content") on the Platform.
5.2.2 By submitting User-Generated Content on the Platform, users grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User-Generated Content in connection with the operation of the Platform and the Company's business.
5.3 Trademarks
5.3.1 The Company's trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and trade dress used on the Platform are the property of the Company and may not be used without prior written permission from the Company.
5.3.2 All other trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and trade dress used on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

5.4.1 Users agree not to use the Platform in any manner that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.

7. Termination

8.1.2 We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability, or timeliness of the platform or its content.
8.2 Use at User's Own Risk
8.2.1 Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the platform is at their own risk and discretion.
8.2.2 We disclaim any responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from users' use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.6.2 Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by users to us for the use of the platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
